Single-Ply Metal Retrofit System
Install an energy efficient single-ply metal retrofit system. We custom cut insulation to fit between the flutes to create a flat, smooth surface. Next, we install additional 1-inch insulation (ISO) and then, a white, energy efficient single-ply. This system can save as much as one-third off your energy costs, with an insured and bonded warranty up to 20-years NDL and impact resistance up to 2-inch hail!
Metal Roof Restoration
Restoring a metal roof with an Elastomeric Roof coating consists of preparing the roof by tightening down the existing roof with oversized screws and washers, repairing/replacing any rusted or cracked areas on the roof, pressure washing, applying a metal roof sealer to all seams, screws and penetrations, primer, and two coats of a highly reflective, energy-efficient coating. We install the coating in one direction the first day and the opposite direction the following day to insure a smooth and even coating. This coating can reduce the inside temperature by up to 20% and reduce HVAC costs by up to 30%.
